| WNM wk 4 / SIA wk 8 - Laura | 30 Apr 2004 22:42 GMT | 11 |
WNM wk 4: up 1lb to 203.2 arrgghhh I seem to be stuck at the 203.5-204.5 range for the past few weeks. Not sure what is happening here but I am getting mighty frustrated. I'm eating my min points each day plus a handful of flexpoints over the course of the week.

Well I am not going to get on the official WW scale, despite that I am going to get my rotund rear to a meeting. I am 161.5 this morning. I don't have to weigh in official until next week, so look for THAT to be going down. I have excuses, but as my Ex used to say (the second one ...

| not a good WI | 30 Apr 2004 15:37 GMT | 76 |
Well, I upped my points a little this week, and this week, I'm up 1 lb. I'm going to stick it out for another week though. I was detoxing this week - which sometimes causes me to gain a little. Also, last time I upped my points, it took a couple of weeks for that to take effect. ...

| Points help please | 30 Apr 2004 12:46 GMT | 10 |
I ate a burger king Whopper with cheese tonight. DH fell asleep before telling me the points from the book. I want to finish my journal and if you could either tell me from the book or website, which has the inf. but it is in pdf form which my screenreader won't read, I would ...

| Former lifetime member wanting to go back | 30 Apr 2004 11:36 GMT | 1 |
I'm a former lifetime member of WW (lost 58 pounds in 1994) and want to start going back for support once I get back below my original goal weight. I know my lifetime member number but I no longer have my book. What do I have to do when I go back to get back in the system?

| week 5 | 30 Apr 2004 08:14 GMT | 75 |
Results to date: 3.5 pounds lost. I do my official weigh in on Sunday in hopes of somehow detering myself from overdoing it on the food Friday and Saturday. I don't know how well that has been working. We went out to dinner yesterday and I had too much sodium

| WNM update - Joyce | 30 Apr 2004 08:07 GMT | 61 |
ARGHHHHHHHHH! 132.4 this morning ... tom again, already, whatever. Need I say more? I swear my body has now decided to go totally wacko on me. <g> Other than that, and possibly two days of eating some fantastic jambalaya (which was rather salty) no reasonable explanation.

| AP question | 30 Apr 2004 08:04 GMT | 4 |
I've been using the calorie counter site I found posted here http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.html to look up my activities, since the WW Online database doesn't seem to cover several things, like painting and sanding. When I plug in my activities, it gives a

Have not seen Amberle3 posting in the past week or so. Is she on another trip? Is she okay? I see the challenges have not been updated completely either, so I am concerned about her. Debbie
