One Point Foods31 May 2004 23:54 GMT1

Since I'm on WW and know I should have something to eat at breakfast,
although I'm

Got back off holiday today.
Had a good time in St. Ives. Too much sun and too much food.
If you are ever in St. Ives you MUST try the Mermaid. Apparently their

That Cruel Whoosh Fairy!31 May 2004 07:38 GMT6
Dang, up a pound!  That'll teach me for putting gym membership on hold!

Well it was the second week of fast track for me here in Ottawa and I
did okay following it. A few more licks, bites and tastes. But I tried
to counter that with more exercise. Anyway it all came out in the wash.

Not a whoosh, but still a loss!30 May 2004 21:06 GMT6
One pound this week! Obviously, this is a more reasonable and
sustainable rate. I didn't do too much differently, except that I went
down 2 points since I had dropped below 175 lbs.
I actually got a run in on Monday - only a mile, but it felt good to

my medical problems and this is the worse blow yet.  I'm ...
