I'm afraid I have to add an extra 2pts to yesterdays' journal, taking me over target by 2.5pts (a mini chocolate bar and a small amount of low fat cheese). Ah well.... Here's today's so far:

I was able to stay OP today for a change. Life is settling in here at mom's. I have also been amazed at her lack of <negative> comments about the way I eat. What an improvement over last summer. Tomorrow night is my first WI up here. They use the old fashion doctor's

| Question about steps | 30 Jun 2004 02:52 GMT | 3 |
Well, made it back to a WW meeting after 9+ years away, I'm under goal so everything is just fine. I had a question about steps, though. What counts as one step? Is it each time your left foot (or right foot) hits the ground, or is it each time

After well and truely exceeding any thought of an upper points limit over the past few days, hopefully today marks the beginning of a back on track. The weight's still hovering in my green zone, but has the potential to head on up to a warning level if the choc chip cookies ...

I could have made lifetime today, but I weighed in at 136, a gain of 3.4 and 6 lbs over my goal of 130. Like Donna, I am backsliding. :( I have started giving in to my grazing impulse at home and am not making great choices at the parties

| Activity Points | 27 Jun 2004 04:25 GMT | 7 |
I'm not clear, as Flex Points was just starting the last time I stopped doing WW... Should I add activity points to my daily goal as part of a minimum requirement, or does it just go to my extra points? Thanks,

| News from the pregnant weight watcher | 24 Jun 2004 13:53 GMT | 5 |
It's been a while. For those who don't remember, I used to lurk and sometimes post here, until February when I found out I am pregnant and was told "so long" by Weight Watchers. Well, I am happy to report that my anxieties about gaining weight have
