If I had not eaten so much I lost track.  That last handful of peanuts after the cake this evening was just not called for.

I'm afraid I have to add an extra 2pts to yesterdays' journal, taking me
over target by 2.5pts (a mini chocolate bar and a small amount of low fat
cheese).  Ah well....
Here's today's so far:

I was able to stay OP today for a change. Life is settling in here at mom's.
I have also been amazed at her lack of <negative> comments about the way I
eat. What an improvement over last summer.
Tomorrow night is my first WI up here. They use the old fashion doctor's
Question about steps30 Jun 2004 02:52 GMT3
Well, made it back to a WW meeting after 9+ years away, I'm under goal so
everything is just fine.
I had a question about steps, though.  What counts as one step?  Is it each
time your left foot (or right foot) hits the ground, or is it each time
Day in London29 Jun 2004 23:41 GMT2
I had a day in London this weekend, but managed to stay fairly on track. Let
myself down by drinking 2 pints of very nice Wheat Beer, and half a Cornish
Pasty. But walked to work again this morning earning myself 4.5 points and
have to walk back (up hill) earning another 4.5

After well and truely exceeding any thought of an upper points limit over
the past few days, hopefully today marks the beginning of a back on track.
The weight's still hovering in my green zone, but has the potential to head
on up to a warning level if the choc chip cookies ...

Last week I wanted some smoked mackerel for tea. I looked in 3 WW Books to
find points, and they varied from 5 to 10.5 per 100g
I took an average, but does anyone have a more accurate points value, as I
like smoked mackerel

I could have made lifetime today, but I weighed in at 136, a gain of
3.4 and 6 lbs over my goal of 130.
Like Donna, I am backsliding. :( I have started giving in to my
grazing impulse at home and am not making great choices at the parties
Activity Points27 Jun 2004 04:25 GMT7
I'm not clear, as Flex Points was just starting the last time I stopped
doing WW...  Should I add activity points to my daily goal as part of a
minimum requirement, or does it just go to my extra points?
Thanks,

Is wwcalc available for pocketpc? and where can I get it? Thanks for any
help with this.

News from the pregnant weight watcher24 Jun 2004 13:53 GMT5
It's been a while. For those who don't remember, I used to lurk and
sometimes post here, until February when I found out I am pregnant and was
told "so long" by Weight Watchers.
Well, I am happy to report that my anxieties about gaining weight have
