Can anybody tell me or point me to the site that tells how many flex points
and eating points you can have per day depending on your weight?
I'm gonna try this again and I've moved and lost all my info.

I just finished a monster project for my class.  But even though I got so busy I didn't journal, and only exercised 4 X last week (unheard of for me) I still hung in and did not gain.  I don't even know where I was last week, but this week is

Hey guys,
Well, I've had a stinking cold all week, and you know how that makes you
feel - blocked up, thick-headed, and fat.  So, to be honest, I was expecting
to be up a good bit this week.  As it is, I'm only up 0.2.  Which initially

Going really well this week. Saturday I managed to go over points
because I had breakfast while I was still on holiday, and even a

Well another Thursday has rolled around and I find I have lost another 2lb's
Gone from 182 to 162 a total of 20lb's loss. My goal being 133 so another 29
to go

Well,
I weighed myself yesterday and if I keep on this trend I only have one pound
to go to break my second 0 since starting on this board (I only count when
the 0 is gone)!!

Once again I am horribly behind in the posts and fear I may never catch up.  I'm
going to give it the old college try throughout the week-end, but forgive me if I
am unsuccessful ... life doesn't always cooperate.
