Hi, I'm new here...Just rejoined WW online after having a baby. Anyway, I had 3 slices of swiss cheese, but the points finder has it in ounces. Does anyone have any idea approximately how many ounces thinly sliced cheese would be?

| WI WEEK 18 JOEL | 24 Jul 2004 15:06 GMT | 14 |
I weighed in Tuesday night and to my surprise I lost 3.4lbs. A total loss of 50.8lbs. I was really so amazed because this week I felt so fat. Then I realized that I dropped a size in my summer shorts and my shorts weren't so loose anymore, so maybe thats why I felt fat.

| Michelle's 1 month update | 24 Jul 2004 14:55 GMT | 4 |
Well inspite of all the medical issues and happenings of the last month or so, I went for my WW weigh in tonight. I was down 600g (1 lb) from my weigh in 1 month ago, so I am really pleased with myself. This is inspite of being hypothyroid and not doing any real exercise. Now I
