I am in a little bit of shock.  I just weighted myself and I have lost
20 pounds of a 40 pound objective.   I have never lost weight in my life
before.  I have steadily gained weight since I was 38 years old.  I am

Milestones met this week30 Aug 2004 00:42 GMT14
Hello all you losers and maintainers.  Congrats to all that have met their
weight loss goal and are maintaining them and to all the others hang in
there and you will soon be successful too.
I lost 4.0 lbs this week (had the flu), but that pushed me past some goals
Is CORE compatible with Nursing?30 Aug 2004 00:12 GMT7
I do WW on line with flexpoints, and I add 10 exercise points for nursing.
Does anyone know if there's a similar adjustment on the CORE plan (which I

flexpoints addressed nursing.  Does the CORE intro. book address ...
my cats/OT30 Aug 2004 00:07 GMT2
Due to things with the military I made the decision to put my cats up for
adoption. There is a group in town that takes in strays and fosters them
until they get adopted. I took one of my cats (I have 3) to an adoption fair
they are having today. part of me wants her to get ...

Had a bit of a setback recently so I decided I'd get back on track
this week and it worked, Not sure what weight I last posted but I'm
now on 187 which is a bit of a whoosh for me (-4 I think).
So next goal is 182, then get a clothing allowance.
POINTS question29 Aug 2004 17:41 GMT6
174 and a little less = 22 points/day
174 and a little more = 24 points/day
I'm at 176, should I stay at 24, or move to 22? I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to
go down. I'm just rather attached to my points. But then losing's the goal,

problemos! :(29 Aug 2004 17:28 GMT4
Hi you guys,
I am new to weight watchers and was wondering if it really works for
you.  I am finding difficult to kinda work out  the right points for
things, but I suppose it'll get easier and easier..

I can't remember if I posted these or not but here they are:
1.  My mother bought me 2 pairs of pants for my birthday, they were a size
14, they were too big when I tried them on so DH changed them for size 12.
they fit for the first wearing, they are already getting baggy butt.
Failed to weigh in...29 Aug 2004 06:56 GMT8
Didn't get to my meeting last night...  DH didn't get back from North
London in time (hold up at the Dartford Crossing!), so no official
weight this week.  However, my bathroom scales show a maintain, with
which I need to be satisfied, given the excesses of the last couple of
