Hello all you losers and maintainers. Congrats to all that have met their weight loss goal and are maintaining them and to all the others hang in there and you will soon be successful too. I lost 4.0 lbs this week (had the flu), but that pushed me past some goals

I do WW on line with flexpoints, and I add 10 exercise points for nursing. Does anyone know if there's a similar adjustment on the CORE plan (which I don't quite understand yet)? I know that the first week booklet for flexpoints addressed nursing. Does the CORE intro. book address ...

Well after a 1.2 gain last week, I was determined to lose this week. And I lost 2.6! I hit my first 10 lbs. gone. I gotta GOLD STAR!! I think maybe I'll go get my hair trimmed as a reward.

Had a bit of a setback recently so I decided I'd get back on track this week and it worked, Not sure what weight I last posted but I'm now on 187 which is a bit of a whoosh for me (-4 I think). So next goal is 182, then get a clothing allowance.

I can't remember if I posted these or not but here they are: 1. My mother bought me 2 pairs of pants for my birthday, they were a size 14, they were too big when I tried them on so DH changed them for size 12. they fit for the first wearing, they are already getting baggy butt.
