I joined a group at work yesterday for an 8-week mini-session. My goal is to lose about 25lbs overall but 18 initially. The hardest thing so far is just planning out what I eat! And I'm not used to talking about my weight and eating habits in front of strangers. I'm sure in time

Sorry, I have to share this with you because I have struggled to cut my toenails for soooo long due to the roll of fat that stopped me bending and it tickled me pink that I could do it with ease. WI later I hope I have lost.
