Week 5-  up .2  arggg13 Aug 2004 19:31 GMT15
Just completed week 5 of WW and to my surprise I was up 0.2 lbs.  Stuck to
my points, swapped my exercise pts, and even had a few flex left over, not
doing anything different.  Exercise looked like this.
Monday -  Fencing 1 hour

less to watch, works.

1 point english muffins13 Aug 2004 15:30 GMT16
In  a recent thread folks were discussing WW breads. I discovered yesterday
that Stop & Shop's Light english muffins are only 1 point. So are their
Light Hamburger rolls. So for folks that can't find the WW brand of breads
check the store brand light version as a possible ...
Posting/weighing late13 Aug 2004 14:43 GMT3
It's been rough trying to get on and post.  I'll try to catch up over the
next week or so, although I'm painting a bathroom and then leaving to go on
vacation, then start work again (boy will I miss summer!!).
I ended up weighing on Wednesday instead of Tuesday and I had a .5 pound
Water!13 Aug 2004 13:58 GMT13
I'm not drinking enough! I know it. I like water - it's my beverage of
choice most times. Right now I feel like I'm in a drought - not enough water
is going in my body. I need to find ways to increase my intake. Suggestions?
Lifers and the first anniversary itch13 Aug 2004 13:57 GMT20
There are a bunch of us out there all around our first anniversary at goal.
I'm a month and a half away, Fred's a month or so gone and Lesanne has a
month to go as I recall.  We all seem to be struggling at the moment!  I'm
doing the bounce up, bounce down a bit, bounce up a bit ...
I'm going to be away13 Aug 2004 13:47 GMT14
I'm posting this message with great sadness today.  I need to be away from
the group for awhile.  On Monday evening my mother-in-law passed away
suddenly from an apparent heart attack.  The community here is in shock.
She was such an active person, only just turned 56 in June.  The ...

WI: nearly cried13 Aug 2004 13:13 GMT18
Yes.  I nearly cried when I learned my new number.  I journaled more
faithfully and more carefully.  I added more aerobic exercise this week,
drank my water, no alcohol.  It's not even TOM or pre TOM.  I tried for that
pound loss this week.  Instead I'm up.  I think my face must ...

WLL week 4 /SUB week 7- Laura13 Aug 2004 13:06 GMT27
WLL week 4: up 0.8 to 196
Not sure what is happening with my weight loss efforts since Memorial day. I
wonder if the anticipation of Saturday's wedding (step-son) is causing a bit
of stress. I know I have been hitting the WOW chips a bit too often lately.
energy stored in body13 Aug 2004 08:48 GMT4
My electric fatmeter thing says that 50.96 lbs of my body weight is fat. I'm
under the impression that each lb is 3500 calories which means i have 178360
calories in mybody. My motabolism burns off 2200 a day (according to a
lengthy calculation i wont go into here) which means my ...
