The true test of gaining weight back is freshly washed jeans.  Everything
else I've been wearing have felt "fine".  It's deceptive really.  Until a
few hours ago when I put on these freshly washed jeans and realized that
HOLY SMOKES they're just a wee bit tight at the waist.

Anybody know if WW is going to come out with Core pre-packaged frozen
dinners? I don't eat alot of frozen meals, but they are great for a fast
lunch or dinner.

I've been having the cravings for sweet stuff like candy and stuff.  I'm
afraid this will cause me to gain or either not lose any.  Does anyone
have any suggestions to get me away from the sweet tooth calling???

I have read the books.. but I don't understand how you log points,
if you can eat any of the core foods anytime as long as you aren't stuffed..
if you can only eat the serving amounts they say we need per day or if that
is the minimum of those foods we should eat.

Just joined and am hopeful that the healthy-food based Core will help me.
Here's a question. Is it only whole wheat pasta or brown rice or potatoes
that are limited to just once a day--or *all* starches? In other words, if
for example I have rice with lunch, can I still have oatmeal ...

I've lost 4 pounds to 183.
I've been thinking about low-carb for a while, and decided to do an
experiment. I'll do it to get to target and then revert back to what I
used to eat. Of course I have to get a little way below target to

one of my gifts for my birthday was the weight watchers program plan, the new one, i was pretty excited  plus a few other stuff, im very excited, so i will follow  the programs, maybe i can combine the 2 programs now, i will see what they have  i have the 2nd week of the program ...

I just wanted to wish everyone that is doing the WW program GOOD LUCK!!!
I've been doing WW since July 2004 and I've lost a total of 19.2lbs.  I
really do like this program. I'm still doing the Flex plan.  Have not
really found the courage to switch because I like a variety of foods ...
