I remember reading something about Core corrections but I can't find them.
I want to mention them to my leader at next weeks meeting.  Yesterday was
the first time that my leader said anything that related to a correction in

   I am up 2.8 and I did all the same as last week, or I thought I did.  I
was a little disappointed but then I figured I am still in the 150s and I
didn't cheat so there is no reason to feel bad, and each up and down is
slowly going in the right direction.  I still feel better so ...

Well, my scales refused to settle this morning.  First I was up 0.8.  Then
up 2.  Then clothes on - up 4.  T-shirt on - only up 1.  I give up - who
knows what I weigh this week?  Hubby is going to take a look at them later -
give 'em a clean, check the batteries, that kind of thing. ...

Our "work out" schedule isn't working anymore.. we used to go at 5:30.. then
at 6... but I now work mostly evenings.. so I'm too tired if I work out
early mornings.. so we've been skipping it a lot..

Does anyone here know if WW is going to be coming up with the WW Frozen TV
Dinners that are on Core?  I like being able to take a frozen tv dinner to

Cross with myself.  Been too lazy to shop this week, so we've ate out of the
