lost.2 this week.  had several eating out adventures but I feel much better

WW week 3: Down 0.6 to 186.4
MILI week 5: 4 days of walks and Curves.
The home scale was up a pound this morning so my week's loss was not as big

I started WW at the end of july.  My aunt  has lost over 50 lbs in about
6 months on WW. She has really motivated me.  It's still strange looking
at her though because she use to be heavy and shes always had wide hips.

find that I stay on program better when my menu is varied.

I've been interested in low-carb for ages, and I'm within a whisker of
target. I also have a few days alone, so I thought I'd try out a
low-carb/low-cal diet.

well, nowt much to report here.  Spent my long-awaited four days in Boulogne
with hubby and kids - ate a lot of lovely low point food......right up to
Sunday when I didn't count....which came in around 70 points I think!  I
think I was losing when I went away, I saved up APs, and ...

 Im doing good.......... well, I feel all day starving but the weight is
going in the right way....
First week I weighted on a weds and now is sat. so, more than a week in
between . -4.6lbs

I'm so happy right now.  Went to weigh in today and to a meeting im down
2 lbs.  21.2lbs so far and I also lost my 10%.  Got my purdy "10"
keychain today!!!!  I'm so proud of myself.  And I hope everyone else
that hasnt already experienced that moment, gets the chance to!!!  Good

Yes, I'm back on the Core program. After a short trip to PA, I found I had
gained a little. Amazing, considering how much I walked at the quilt show,
but then beers with my cousin every night must have counter-acted that! :-)
Then, the following week, I followed Flex, and went back ...
