Hi can anybody help me I am trying to figure out the points for feta cheese.
Is there a site that might have a more detailed listing of what the food and
there points I have the calculator ..  But on the feta cheese package there
is no calories or fat percentages to figure out...

I have one of those battery powered points calculators.  The first thing you
do when you get it is enter your starting weight.  Here's my question.  If
someone else wants to use it, can the calculator be reset so the other
person can enter their starting weight?  I've tried ...

I guess it is true, you can truly eat what you want on this programme as
long as you count your points
have been struggling over the past week or so to eat all or even close to my
points for the day, no such struglle today as i had a McDonalds Breakfast on

I love hummus, but the tahini in it is not on core. Then I found this
recipe. Its made with potatoes and soy beans instead of chick peas and
tahini. Sounds core, what do you think?

Had to share this, I've been following the Core Plan with great results and
found myself traveling and eating out the last few days.  Stopped into
Dennys and found they have a "Carb Smart" section of their menu, and just
about every selection is comprised of no-count Core foods.

back in track and thats reflected on a nice loss to 188
I'll be in london on a training course next week, so it's gonna be
tricky. they have a gym so I'll try to get some time there.

I've been watching this group for a while and have noticed a fair few
comments about Slimming World, most of them negative and most of them saying
(in a high pitched droning voice) - "well, at least with WW - no food is a
sin!".
