I lost 6.8lbs my second week. Feeling pretty smug about now. I'm down 11.6lbs in two weeks. 22.4lbs to my 10% target. Walked 10 miles, rode the exerbike once, stretched and did abs twice. Aat least I'm heading in the right direction. Gonna try to increase these

The trip to london was uneventful, but I succumbed to a couple of curries :( and when I got back I ate quite a few chocolates left over from halloween. However I did a LOT of walking and a couple of heavy lifting sessions which I think cancelled (most of) them out. Back OP

Yay a loss of 1.8 lbs this week!! Yippy!!! I think a lot of it had to do with walking around the military base over the weekend. About 2.5 miles there and 2/5 miles back. My boyfriend was not able to ride in a personal vehicle so we had to walk every where, but we had a great

You know how sometimes we talk about the 'switch,' that indefinable moment when weight loss became possible? Well, mine's got a short or something's gone haywire with the circuitry. I did fine last week. But since my WI, my eating's gone off the deepend. Don't know what set it

| Brownies! | 06 Nov 2004 04:54 GMT | 1 |
My leader suggested a way to make brownies and cut down on points.... Use devils food cake with 1 can of pumpkin. She said its tough to stir at first and after its been baked you can't taste the pumpkin. It's mostly used to moisten the brownies.

My name is Byron. I'm from Owensboro, KY and joined WW's on 10-23-04. I am diabetic, type 2, which basically means I don't require injections. I weighed in the first day at 346.2. WOW! That'll wake you up, won't it? My long term goal weight according to WW's is 184, but I think 198 ...

DH told me years ago that he had no issues with weight, and as long as he could get his arms around me that he figured he had nothing to complain about. I am chagrined to the point that I do not want to reveal how close I was to hearing a complaint. Tuesday He gave me a hug and ...
