I recently read that WW has some in software for Palms.  Does anyone know
anything about this software?  In order to choose foods does onw have to
have wireless access to the internet?

Hey guys,
Just wondering if you-all would like to give your top tips for what has
helped you lose with WW (if you have more than five, go ahead and give

Try as I might, I have not lost an OUNCE over the holidays, but what the
heck.  I am giving a crepe party on new year's day then it will all be
officially over.  One thing about crepes, you can load them up with
something like lean ham and low or no fat cheese and get away with ...

dinner is over. I'm stuffed. I probably gained back the 2 pounds that
the scale said I lost this morning. At least I know that I can do it.

Well after a disappointing up of 1kg last week, it was a surprising
down of 800g this week. Better choices and more exercise.  Total up
just a mere 200g ( 1/2  lbs) Christmas will be done at our place this
year so I knkow the menu and its all healthy and lower fat options (
