1pt TREAT!02 Dec 2004 18:11 GMT36
Okay so now that it has gotten colder here in the "Heart of it All" (Ohio,
USA), my instincts tell me I need hot chocolate. So, when I was at Kroger on
Tuesday I found Fat-Free with Calcium SwissMiss hot chocolate powder (with
Splenda as the sweetener)! It is 1pt per package and I ...

Bike 10 minutes (got interrupted by my WL buddie who came early, promised myself to do at least 20 more later, not in the mood, what can I say)

As with the exercise thread, giving this a try to see if it serves as some
kind of motivation.  And accountability (for me anyway)
Breakfast:  Raisin Bran 1.5; 1/2 c. skim milk 1; OJ 2 = 4.5
Lunch: Cheese sandwich (whole wheat bread, fat free cheese) 3.5; banana 2;

I did - nothing!  Ended up going for an "anniversary" lunch with my mother
and my aunt to celebrate their quitting smoking 2 months ago.  Came home,
did a bunch of work (funny how one has to do that to stay gainfully
employed), went shopping and came up with the insane plan to ...
NSV thread - you know you have 'em, post em!01 Dec 2004 19:25 GMT7
C'mon, I know you're out there.  There's a lot more of us "on" this
newsgroup than just the regular posters.  There's tons of lurkers out there,
watching.  I know, I was one of them too.
Whether you're a lurker or poster, how about sharing some of those NSV's

Giving this a try - it seems to work on another forum I'm on, thought it
might help as a motivation!
I'll start it off:
For November 29 I did a good solid 30 minutes on the stationary bike.  I had

Not a good day for points!  That's what I get for going out for "lunch".
Breakfast: OJ 2pts = 2
Lunch: mushroom barley soup 3; chicken breast 3; veggies 0; garlic bread 6;
potatoes 2; bread pudding 4.5 = 18.5!!! (I'm estimating the bread pudding,
WW Point calculator01 Dec 2004 18:48 GMT8
After a long hiatus, I'm back reading asdw again & trying to get my self
back on the program.
I had a major computer crash a couple months ago & no longer have the WW
point calculator.  Can someone post the link to it?
Chocolate01 Dec 2004 18:33 GMT2
I am joining the local group on Thursday, so I can ask then, but, if anybody
knows here, it would be nice for tonight, since it's going to be cold around
here!  I have always "rolled my own" when it comes to hot chocolate, and use
either "good" cocoa or ground-up baking chocolate.  ...
Help- How do I...01 Dec 2004 04:42 GMT13
My aunt's fiancee lives near Boston and she was there since last
Wednesday for Thanksgiving with her family. Naturally, she had a rough time
keeping OP. She sent me a text message telling me she isn't going to go to
WI etc etc. How on earth do I convince her that WW does NOT ...
Week 11001 Dec 2004 03:38 GMT14
I so did NOT reach last week's goal.  I am up 1.6 to 159.4 but it is still
in the 5 decade.
I gained because I just plain weigh higher on Saturdays.  I went Wed. to my
meeting and it was canceled due to bad weather and  they were closed until
