I haven't WI in a few weeks (deliberately) but I'm really feeling thinner..
I'm going to find a meeting to go in this week and WI in the morning..
This is so cool to feel in control.. I'm not perfect... but when I slip it's
a totally controlled slip (as in using a few flex pts ...
Well I'm Back06 Dec 2004 20:07 GMT6
I used to be a frequent poster on this board about 2 years ago when I lost
50 lbs on weight watchers. The last two years have been horrible, weight
wise. I moved out of my house with my boyfriend, and just when I thought I
had the weight problem figured out it blew up in my face. He ...
Not on WW to lose weight?06 Dec 2004 18:21 GMT4
Having done the WW thing several times now and having jumped around
between different meeting times and places over the past few years, I have
come in contact with several people who are on WW for other reasons than to
lose weight. Not in a "I want to lose weight but I also want ...

Introduction05 Dec 2004 23:41 GMT8
I've been lurking for a couple of weeks. This is my
third or fourth experience with WW. A few years ago, I
lost 30 pounds on the program and managed to keep it
off for 2 years until my husband and I split up. When I
WI November 30:  -6.4 lb. in 2 weeks05 Dec 2004 23:40 GMT11
I lost  2.9 lb. this week and 3.5 lb. last week.
I'm very excited about this because now I only need 4 more lb. in 3
weeks before I reach my Xmas minigoal of 225 lb. If I lose weight at
the same rate in these coming 3 weeks I even might to lower my minigoal
Time for the water game.....<g>05 Dec 2004 15:09 GMT2
Time for the water game.....
"I would like a Sprite," said the first little piggy.
"I would like a Pepsi," said the second little piggy.
"I want water, lots and lots of water," said the third little piggy.
Week 11105 Dec 2004 14:39 GMT35
Got back to my regular meeting, I lost 2.6, back down to 156.8, only .2 to
get back to the all time low.  I am about where I want to be on points, am
all caught up on water and that with getting back to the regular WI made all
the difference and what a huge relief,

One of the best things about the wwers way of eating04 Dec 2004 18:48 GMT2
After about the third or fourth day on the WOE with the wwer's plan I get
such a nice, steady "huummmmm" of energy going on. No fatigue "dips."
Couldn't be because I'm eating a balanced diet, now could it? (-;
SOUND FILES04 Dec 2004 18:43 GMT16
This is an extraordinarily rude thing to do.  When you force a sound-file on
somebody along with your posting, you are taking up bandwidth and perhaps
crashing the newsreaders for people who might not have the necessary
broad-band connections.  It is unnecessary and inconsiderate,so ...
