I am interested in trying weight watchers but I dont want to go to weekly meetings. I know you can join online too but I dont see why you would want to keep paying $16 a month once you know the plan. So what is the best/cheapest way to find out how to get started? Should I ...

Cross you fingers that my friend who has been "doing Atkins" ad infinitum will come to Wwers with me. I saw her today and she mentioned that she wasn't losing anything so I mentioned that she could eat sweet potatoes etc on "CORE" and her eyes lit up. Sooooo maybe this will do it.

My leader is dedicated, so there was a weigh in yesterday. Was tempted not to go as I knew that the news would be bad! But I decided that I needed to know how much damage I had done, and the sooner I went the sooner I would be able to put it right.

I managed to lose another 1.8 lb this week despite the holidays. I think I could do it because I rode my bike a lot the last few days. I was on one of the islands in the far north of The Netherlands and the wather was so good that my DM, DS and DBIL and myself could ride a lot
