cottage cheese and core question14 Jan 2005 13:14 GMT4
I can't get no-fat cottage cheese where I live. In fact, my local
supermarket only sells one brand of cottage cheese, labeled as "low
fat". It contains 214 calories and 4.7 gm of fat in a 200 gm container.
Since it isn't no-fat it isn't core and I calculate it at 5 flex points,
Resetting goal weight14 Jan 2005 02:52 GMT19
I was doing my usual surf over the WW site and came across the
suggested goal weights and realized that my goal weight of 150 was
a little lower than the suggested weight for my height and age,
so I've changed my goal weight to 155.
Cool tracking idea I'd never heard before.14 Jan 2005 02:50 GMT6
As a lifetimer, I've attended *tons* of meetings and I learned
soemthing really new last night. I thought I knew it all!
For tracking points and not going over your daily allowance, start your
tracking 'day' with dinner. That way, you're starting your tracking

Well, another 1/2 lb gone. I would have liked it to be more, but a loss is a
loss.  Hopefully next weeks loss will be bigger.
I tried my wedding dress on and its fab.  Any weight I lose now before the
big day is a bonus.  11 days to go and I can't *weight*!!!
Lost 3 & made my mini goal!13 Jan 2005 22:33 GMT16
Well I lost 3 this week & made my mini goal. New mini goals are to (1)
lose 1.4 & reach 20 off;  (2)  lose 3.5  & be under 270. Got a good
chance of making the first one.

How many extra points for breastfeeding moms?13 Jan 2005 18:02 GMT8
I'm still nursing my 9 month old and want to join WW online.  The web site
says that they don't do the online program for breastfeeding moms and
directed me to sign up for meetings.  I've done the meeting thing before
(very successfully) but just don't have time right now.  Besides, ...
Help comes in the strangest ways13 Jan 2005 16:32 GMT2
So I was sitting here, feeling a little miserable because of this medication
that I'm currently on (only 3 more days!  Yay!) that's got me turning all
kinds of ways.  And then I realized that one of the side effects of it is
actually beneficial:  I'm thirsty ALL the time.  I can ...
Back in business.13 Jan 2005 16:26 GMT19
Well the holidays were less than kind to me- MUCH less. I was so excited to
have a break from school as I planned to exercise tons and do this and that.
Well, needless to say, I didn't have all the time in the world like I
thought I would and I definitely didn't use it wisely when I ...

I'm back on my weight  of 4 weeks ago so I lost all the weight I put on
during the holidays.
I lost slightly more than 3 pounds this week  and my weight has dropped
down to 219 lb. Of course I am happy with this result but I still have

Lost 3 pounds12 Jan 2005 18:35 GMT31
Couldn't weigh in last week as the centre was closed but I did lose 3.0
for the 2 weeks - which isn't bad as I am on beta blockers which slow my
metabolism down considerably. New mini goal is to lose 1.5 to be under 275.
