Well i took the plunge yesterday and joined weightwatchers online :-))
Although i've been dieting for a while not much weight was coming off.......
Have plenty to lose but will have a goal of a stone at a time , sounds less
lol

Well,I've been neglecting this newsgroup, but not WW.
I got back on the wagon at the end of January. I'm losing slowly, but the
scale is going down each week, and thats good enough for me!

Glorious sunshine here in deepest rural Norfolk this morning, even though it
is cold, so husband & I got warmly dressed & went out on our bikes. Within

Down 0.5 lb but I know why... I have my WI at 10am and don't usually eat
till after that. But was awake from 4am this morning and ate breakfast and
drank lots of water. So I'm not to worried about it.
So that's 15lb gone forever in 6 weeks :) I'm feeling so good lately and

A very busy week. I was out of town over the weekend
and worked some overtime during the week and that's not
to mention the three chapters I had to read for my

Hi I am new here, my first post. I've been a member of WW for 6 weeks, I've
lost 6.6 lbs. total.
I learned a recipe (well not really) at my last meeting....frozen grapes!!!
Apparently when they are frozen the juices taste really sweet, and it takes

Well I had a check up at the doctor and my LDL cholesterol (the bad one) is
down from 4.6 to 3.4 with out meds. They want mine at 2.5 as I'm diabetic.
Also my 3 month blood sugar average (should be between 4.0 and 7.0) is down
to 7.9 from 8.something.

I think it was early December when I last posted. Even then I was
struggling to maintain my focus and concentration on this WOE/WOL.

Can Someone please give me some ideas for something to get me through a
snack craving other than the obvious fruits and veggies.  I do great
sticking to plan all day but in the evening i get nasy cravings that fruit
can't always fix

Not sure whether I lost or gained since last posting.
I'm at 185 which is in the right ballpark but over my original target
and nowhere near where I'd like to be for Goa. However Goa is looming
ever closer and basically I've run out of time so I'll go as I am:)
