Things have settled down somewhat over the last few days.  I brought
my grandmother home from the hospital yesterday and she's resting
comfortably now.  She had a good sleep in her own bed last night - first
good sleep in the 2 weeks since her surgery.

I did not gain nor lose weight this week. I'm a bit dissapointed, but
on the other hand, it's OK after the big loss of last week. At least I
didn't gain ! ;-)

Hi Amberle3,
  I've started to get religous again.  I took a break over the
holidays and really paid the price.  It was really hard to get back on
program, but i got some discipline back this week and lost 13.2 lbs.

I lost 2.5lbs this week, and am back at 50 gone!  :)  I love that 50...
I didn't think it would all go in one like that, not after last weekend,
when I gave up counting points altogether, as it was just too difficult
to calculate them!  I did NOT take that as licence to go mad and ...

After a gain (salt retention) of 1.8 last week, I lost 7.6 this week -
loss for 2 weeks was 5.8  ;-D
New goals (1) to get .4 off & reach my 10 % off  (2) to lose 1.4 & have
30 off   (3) to lose 3.5 & get into the 250's. I should reach at least

I joined yesterday, and boy the info is overwhelming!  I had initially signed up for the flex-plan, but I switched to the core plan to try it for a few days.  
Any advice from veterans is appreciated.

works???? I use to be a member of Weight Watchers back few years & all i
