What if I don't eat all my daily points?25 Feb 2005 21:59 GMT12
I have 28 points per day. Today I have eaten a large bowl of 5-can soup (3
points/pot) and I plan to eat more for supper. I will have less than 3
points for the entire day. I am stuffed!! Can/will I lose weight this way?
Pedometer -- 10,000 steps25 Feb 2005 00:40 GMT16
I got a pedometer the other day and I think I must just be a slug.  You're
supposed to aim for 10,000 steps per day.  The first day I got around 700
steps, so I figured today I would walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and
I'd probably have the steps I need for the day -- wrong!  ...
Variety of points.24 Feb 2005 19:02 GMT5
Can you eat too much of one thing on weight watchers or as long as you stick
within your points does it not matter ?
I love sandwiches and sometimes think I could eat just those in a day.
Weight watchers say as long as you stay within your points you will lose
Toasties24 Feb 2005 13:54 GMT5
Can't remember who wrote about toasties on here, but someone raved about how
great they make grilled sandwiches. After a half day searching I found the
best price S&H included was from toastabags themselves and ordered 2
packages of 2.  They sent me 4 packages!!! Just made my first ...

Life continues to be wild here. Mom is rallying from the last (we thought) fatal slump, my course is crazy, I have to write 3 papers in the next two weeks, one huge, one big and one rather small, I am so proud of myself, have not really overeaten and my weight stays more or less ...
What do you do to get your butt off the couch?23 Feb 2005 23:37 GMT15
Last week I posted about calories on the machine and was going to step
class. Well, I was so motivated a week and a half ago...but it's dried
up and I haven't done anything since last Thursday.
What do you do to get yourself excersising? Once I'm there, it's not

Interesting week...23 Feb 2005 19:38 GMT6
So I can't really think of anything I did this week to sabotage my efforts
but I could just "feel" that I didn't lose this week (you know that
feeling?) and I think TOM is due any day now because I can feel that too!
Lol.
sushi and maki  - japanese food23 Feb 2005 17:11 GMT5
I want to respect a diet, not to much fat and not to much suger.
What about sushi and maki, the japanese ones ?
Sushi for example is only rice and raw fresh fish.
Can I eat this as much as I want ?
Very vain NSV23 Feb 2005 12:31 GMT4
feeling like cr*p with a heavy cold and have gained some water weight,
but staying OP and doing well most of the time (if you forget that tiny
little incident with the dim sun buffet and the litre of booze...)
Anyway, I'm still 11lbs lighter than a few weeks ago and 3 inches (yes, ...
This might sound weird.. 23 Feb 2005 04:03 GMT6
but I just had the strangest idea...
Troll's trill is to start up conversations that are going to get people
upset.. then they sit back and enjoy the firework..
So, at the risk of stating the obvious, if you ignore trolls and their

Not a good week back to 187.
On the excuses front I've had flu (seem to be over it now), but I seem
to have eaten anything that might make me feel better. Chocolate chip
cookies, chocolate muffins, danish pastries get the idea? I also

Down 2.2. Made my mini-goal of 140 and my 10%! And now
I'm headed out for a weekend visit to a friend who
never has food in the house so I'm hoping to minimize
the damage and at least hold steady next week. We'll see.

I have wrote many times here, mostly happier times. I joined WW in 2003 at
the weight of 225, made goal last year at 155. I had held that until 3
months ago and it slowly started creeping back up. I know weigh 170 and I
don't know what to do. I have many health problems but can't ...
