MIL is ill, so did a dash to the Frozen North: up yesterday, back today, 350 miles each way. Spend large chunks of both days sitting in the car getting no exercise, and ate like a pig. Now feel far too full and grumpy. TOM too... Grrr.

In our quest to just maintain a loss after eating at Bucca Di Beppo's for Valentine's Day, we were successful with losing another pound for the week, bringing our total loss to 31.5 pounds lost since 1/3/05!!!! Glenn B.

I'm 2lb down this week but I have a funny feeling a lot of it is muscle wastage or whatever it is you get when you don't eat enough :( I have really bad flu (no really, it is flu and not just a cold. The doctor said so, so nyeh ;)) and have hardley been eating half my points each ...
