thought I'd say hello and let you all know that I'm still alive. Oh, just
realized the wrong siggy is on my posts. I am back up to 280 for the second
week in a row, so I maintained this week! GRRRRRR!

MIL is ill, so did a dash to the Frozen North: up yesterday, back today,
350 miles each way.  Spend large chunks of both days sitting in the car
getting no exercise, and ate like a pig.  Now feel far too full and
grumpy.  TOM too...  Grrr.

In our quest to just maintain a loss after eating at Bucca Di Beppo's for
Valentine's Day, we were successful with losing another pound for the week,
bringing our total loss to 31.5 pounds lost since 1/3/05!!!!

I'm 2lb down this week but I have a funny feeling a lot of it is muscle
wastage or whatever it is you get when you don't eat enough :(
I have really bad flu (no really, it is flu and not just a cold. The doctor
said so, so nyeh ;)) and have hardley been eating half my points each ...

I went to my meeting yesterday morning and I was down an entire 5lbs!!
I am soooo excited!!!
