Unintentional points savings.20 Feb 2005 19:02 GMT1
So I was at a friends house yesterday afternoon and he has a new
espresso machine. (Super fancy, european, big bucks thing) He made me a
latte with homogenized milk...I knew it was whole milk and I thought
"I'll just figure out the points later and work around it"
What has happened to society?20 Feb 2005 01:22 GMT18
This is not meant to be offensive.  I understand the sensitivity of the
subject and regret if anyone here feels offended, but I want to express how
I feel about this matter.
My wife and I have been in the food service business for three years now.
Those calorie counts of the machines at the gym.19 Feb 2005 19:38 GMT8
When I'm on the crosstrainer at the gym (22 minutes, level 7), the
machine says I've burned 300 calories. Is this accurate?
I'm only going to credit myself for 2 points as per the activity
booster to be on the safe side. But really, isn't this more like 6
WI Feb 15 (Week 22) :-3.5 lb (1.6 kg)19 Feb 2005 19:33 GMT11
I had another great loss this week; more than 3 lb. I think the main
reason for this that I drank a lot more water and sticked to the
program. I still have 15 lb. to go to reach goal, so I'm not there yet,
but I'm well on my way ;-)

Back in the running.19 Feb 2005 19:21 GMT11
I've had a hard time lately and have been struggling to stay on top of
things. Christmas really messed things up for me BIG TIME and put a stop on
my weight loss and such because I gained about 5lbs. I am just 0.4lbs of
being back to where I was but the important thing is that I'm ...
Amberle3 update19 Feb 2005 19:02 GMT4
Well I'm in Edmonton this week, visiting DFi.  I was a little leery to get
on the scale Monday morning, but did it anyway and...
I'm down 5 pounds.  Whee!  I was a little worried that his scale might be a
little off, but it hasn't been off yet so I'm going to go with the theory
Anyone tried hypnosis?19 Feb 2005 00:31 GMT5
I came accross a website, www.hypnosisnetwork.com that claimed hypnosis

A 'Nutritional Meal in a Glass'17 Feb 2005 05:54 GMT34
I was introduced to something called Herbalife about 6 months ago as a
business opportunity.  I thought that the main Herbalife product was just
another slimming drink  I'm a sceptical person by nature and didn't take it
too seriously.  I'm not a salesman, so I can't just SELL ...

Bumpy ride, but I got a certificate!16 Feb 2005 10:38 GMT19
UP half a pound yesterday, but I still got my 50 lb gone certificate.  :)
That half pound was due to not enough exercise.  But I made up for it
today and did 40 lengths in the pool.  I shall try for 40 more on
Sunday!  :)

We lost 5.5 pounds this week, putting us at a 30.5 pound loss since

Hope you guys have had a good Valentines Day so far.  Mine was pretty

my own for the time being.
