Guys,
I see many postings here from people offering products to help you to slim.
Mostly a simple 2 or 3 line posting with a URL probably posted to many
groups at once.  There is no sincerity in the posts, just a will to make

This week I weigh 163 lbs, which means I've lost 5 lbs since last week's
TOM gain. So really it's like losing 2 lbs, which is still pretty good
going I think (averaging a pound a week).

I got the salmon with wholewheat orzo entrée and heated it up for dinner
tonight.  REALLY EXCELLENT!  Since it's all core ingredients, I am
"spending" some flex points on a glass of white wine!

Well, my WI is tomorrow night and I'm not sure how I feel about it.  I'm
pretty sure I'll be up a little due to T.O.M. this past week and not
exercising as much as I should have.

Well, DH and the 2 youngest DS went camping this past weekend, oldest DSS
stayed home but hid out in his bedroom.  While they were gone, I danced with
my music up for over an hour and then continued dancing while cleaning the

Down  3.5lb :) got my second silver 7 as well, also had a NSV this week my
jeans have been traded in for the next size down!
So after 5 weeks I'm down 14.5 lb and have lost 3" off my tum :D
