I didn't weigh in last week, so this week - down 1 lb to 194. Also have TOM again so hoping that next week will show more of a loss - we'll see. Today will be pretty much a write off in the "staying on program"

I am about 70lbs. over the limit and would like to know what is the minimal daily calory intake and still remain healthy. I want to loose this excess baggage as soon as possible. Health seems to be ok, male 66 years. Not to interested in joining WW.

i have a large portion of oatmeal every morning - about 1.5 to 2 cups. i put in two tbs. of brown sugar and 1.5 ounces of raisins. gotta tell you, i'm not hungry for the rest of the morning and early afternoon. then i eat lunch.
