Fighting off a cold, but still lost13 Feb 2005 21:09 GMT13
Hello all, first congratulations to all the losers and maintainers.
Although I am fighting off a horrible headcold (possibly allergies),  I
still managed a great loss this week.  I guess it was all the extra water I
was drinking with all the meds drying me out.  I lost 3.2 lbs ...

My name is Krista and I'm from Winter Springs, FL. I'm 33, single and live
with my daughter, 2 kitties and a bunny.  I work in construction as
basically an office manager for a local home-builder.
I joined WW for the first time on 1/3/05 and weighed in at 282.  I hit my

Yay!! I'm at my 5lb loss point.. lol.  Felt good though when she said that,
as long as I can keep losing every week, it's better than gaining.  I'm
really happy that I actually stuck with this and am looking forward to doing

I didn't weigh in last week, so this week - down 1 lb to 194.  Also have TOM
again
so hoping that next week will show more of a loss - we'll see.
Today will be pretty much a write off in the "staying on program"

I am about 70lbs. over the limit and would like to know what is the
minimal daily calory intake and still remain healthy.  I want to
loose this excess baggage as soon as possible.  Health seems to be
ok, male 66 years.  Not to interested in joining WW.

Well, it's our first negative week. We gained 3.5 pounds and I'm willing to
bet it's because of the Superbowl party going late last night and weighing

i have a large portion of oatmeal every morning - about 1.5 to 2 cups.
i put in two tbs. of brown sugar and 1.5 ounces of raisins. gotta tell
you, i'm not hungry for the rest of the morning and early afternoon.
then i eat lunch.
