Im 36 years old and Im about 180 to 200 pounds overweight. I feel like a real sack of sh.t being this overweight. It makes me depressed. I cant even climb stairs without being out of breath, my lower back is killing me, and when I do try to exercise every muscle hurts.

never had a weight problem. then...into my forties..quit smoking..and I just blew up twenty five lbs..I can't seem to get it off. I low-carbed..ran...sit upped..nothing seemed to get that initial weight off... I'm determined to gert rid of it..and keep it off any suggestions for ...

I'm sat here right now craving a packet of cheese and onion crisps. I mean *really* craving them. I'm not going to give in tho..... I'm fighting it every way I can. I've had breakfast and its another 2 hours til lunch... think I might have a low point snack - definitely not ...

I lost another 0.6 lb. this week. This came as a pleasant surprise because I haven't stayed OP this week as well as I could. So I'm back to 216 lb (97.9 kg) tonight. Ekko

hi everone, well back on track i lost 1-lbs this week i find weekends the hardest but ill keep at it. congrats to all o0ff use that lost and the ones that didn't don't give up it will come off bye for now

as anticipated, I've had a gain: +3 lbs. We've discussed the reasons in another post so I won't go on about it. I'll just keep going and keep an eye on my portion size, snacking and drinking water.

Despite being a complete pig this weekend, I managed to lose 2lb last week. I'm not getting too excited about that loss because I'm sure next week I'll either maintain or (more than likely) gain a little :( Still, only time will tell I s'pose :)
