Damn, damn, damn. I put on 2 lbs and I'm back up to 11 stone, a number I swore to myself I would not see again. So, no more excuses. My favourite jeans are starting to feel tight and its time to get down to some serious work.

Dear all, I notice that the Weightwatchers booklets says that "average portion" of King Prawn Chow Mein is 5.5 points. I bought a takeaway portion today and weighed it at home at 20 oz!! Does anyone know how large a portion is 5.5 points. I ate 6 oz and threw away the rest.

Hi...I want to make a roasted garlic & tomato soup taste creamy. The garlic, onion, tomatoes and soup stock have no points so I want to keep it low. Any ideas on what to use instead of heavy cream? 1% milk seems like it
