I know its wishful thinking but I just got some diet sprite and since there
is no calories no fat no carbs.....  can I call it water with flavor and
fizz?

checking in after a few mad weeks.  i got a new job that i really wanted
which is the good news, and i think feeling better about myself helped with
confidence.  the bad news is i seem to have got stuck in slow or backwards.
here's my last few weigh ins (lbs)

Well, my fears were right.. i gained 1.8!  That seems like a lot to me, but
I was down 3.2 last week which also seemed like a lot. Maybe they cancel
each other out.. lol
Anyway, I feel better than i thought i would.. I just looked at all the

Well, we squeezed out a 1.5 pound loss. So we're up to 33.5 pounds lost. Our
Goal is 40 by May 1st!
We've come to realize that the rollercoaster will stop by at times, but that

I got both my crockpot going with garden veggies soupand I added my own
fresh herbs from my own backyard... yummmy stuff !!

I was down another 2lbs!  (Yay for me! lol)
I hope this week will be the same, but like lots of you have already
mentioned, all the chocolate that's everywhere now for Easter is SOOOOO

In a local news paper this week there was an article about a fitness group
coming up with the idea of cold feet = burning calories.
From tests they performed an average of 130 calories were burnt by just

I'm going to start some sort of a Weight Watchers plan tomorrow. I don't
have the time or the money to sign up with the company so I decided I would
try to do it on my own. I have 40lbs to lose short term and 70lbs long
term....Whew!!!!

I've had spectacular diarrhoea for 4.5 days! I'm now recovered, but
maybe a little dehydrated still. I didn't eat for 2 of the days, so I
lost quite a bit of weight.
Hey maybe I could sell that idea. self-administered gastro-enteritis -
