Well, we squeezed out a 1.5 pound loss. So we're up to 33.5 pounds lost. Our Goal is 40 by May 1st! We've come to realize that the rollercoaster will stop by at times, but that is only a distraction, not a permanent mindset.

I'm going to start some sort of a Weight Watchers plan tomorrow. I don't have the time or the money to sign up with the company so I decided I would try to do it on my own. I have 40lbs to lose short term and 70lbs long term....Whew!!!!

I've had spectacular diarrhoea for 4.5 days! I'm now recovered, but maybe a little dehydrated still. I didn't eat for 2 of the days, so I lost quite a bit of weight. Hey maybe I could sell that idea. self-administered gastro-enteritis -
