New to this group, Second time around on ww. Had a baby a year ago and feeling sluggish and bloated ..... I went to weigh in yesterday (this was my first week) Lost 4.2 is that good or bad? I tryed so hard all week.

Just made Jello fat free White Choclate pudding with skim milk and had rasberries with it. For a total of 3 points - 2 for a 1/2 cup pudding and 1 for the rasberries I almost felt like I was "cheating" YUMMY!!!!

A couple of years ago I went to WW with a few pounds to lose and the number of points I could eat was 18. Unfortunately I can no longer find my WW books and notes and so I need to find out what the points range for men is - my hubby wants to lose a few pounds too..! Can anyone help

I just realized this week that, after losing almost 50 lbs., I can now reach the little latch in my Honda that opens the gas cap! (I always had to open my door to get at that little thing).
