Going down in clothes size I have just binned several of my
overshoulderboulderholders that, although *huge*, I was falling out of at my
fattest. Today I have gone out, into an ordinary shop and bought myself two
new overshoulderboulderholders which are smaller, fit, and which I ...

I'm on my 3rd day of this week.  I was just talking to a friend of mine and

eat but I'm not that hungry.  Right now I have 11 points left and its
10pm...  I'm trying to eat a few Arrowroot cookies but ...

Could you please update my starting weight in this current challenge to
182.6? AACCKKK!!!  I guess eating whatever people put in front of you while

since my father was killed 3 weeks ago, but I just wasn't ...
Surprising NSV07 Mar 2005 19:56 GMT5
I just realized this week that, after losing almost 50 lbs., I can now
reach the little latch in my Honda that opens the gas cap!
(I always had to open my door to get at that little thing).
First meeting - Great Leader!07 Mar 2005 15:59 GMT4
Went to my first WW meeting yesterday morning, the leader was great.  I also
was pleasantly surprised on how nice those sitting near me were when they
found out it was my first meeting.  I am so psyched I decided to go.
My weight is an all time high, but I am focusing on the 10% ...

was out cycling with husband. Going up a hill I overtook him and he said,
"Blimey, I'm going to have to get out on the bike more often so I can keep
up with you. This is the best you've ever been at ...

Hey all,
Down 1.2lbs this week, that's a total of 7lbs exactly. Not too bad, not as
good as what I was expecting though.  I just find it hard to follow exactly,
like getting in my oils, and getting in all the water is hard, also 5

Hi Everyone...  I've been here watching everyone for the last week after I
joined WW last week.  I did very good with my food all week.  I went for my
