OK, week 2 is down. I'm making good progress. Very happy with another 3.5 pounds lost. I believe I could have done a bit better, went a little over my flex points on the weekend (we had funnel cake on Saturday night). So I've lost 8.5 total, and my next goal is 10 pounds lost. ...

Well I go weight in tomorrow. I have been doing alot of biking this last couple of weeks so hopefully it shows up on the scale. I feel so much better having lost only 23 lbs. Six weeks ago I could not have biked 5 miles.
