My current weight: 167 lbs
Weight change since my last recorded weight: -1.0 lbs
The good news is that I'm down 1 lb from last week. The bad news is
that I strayed from program towards the end of the week with a couple

Hello all. Ever since I've stopped going to meetings (I couldn't stand the
lecturer) I have been going downhill. Seems I have trouble going it alone
(don't we all).
I have made a few false starts, good for 2 weeks but then bad for 2. Now I

After weeks, Months, of eating what and when I want to eat, regardless
of the effect on the scale, I seem to have gotten my groove back, and
I'm now eating for weight loss. I can't explain what happened that I
ceased to care about the correlation between eating large quantities

After what seems to be ages about four weeks I have finally had a loss and

OK, week 2 is down.  I'm making good progress.  Very happy with another 3.5
pounds lost.  I believe I could have done a bit better, went a little over
my flex points on the weekend (we had funnel cake on Saturday night).
So I've lost 8.5 total, and my next goal is 10 pounds lost.  ...

Well I go weight in tomorrow.  I have been doing alot of biking this last
couple of weeks so hopefully it shows up on the scale.
I feel so much better having lost only 23 lbs.  Six weeks ago I could not
have biked 5 miles.

hi everone well i lost only 1/2 lbs this week it just not moving since feb
i've been with  loss a pound gain  and im doing biking, walking, treadmill ,
arobics and watching what i eat  anyone with tips i really need help bye for

It happened up 2.2 lbs.  That still leaves me loosing 4 lbs a week for two
weeks though, so I can't complain.
