Well, I'm feeling icky in a WW sense, and figured here was the place to vent..... I tend not to post here much at the mo' - not just cos I'm busy - but also cos when I'm having a hard time I tend to clam up instead of sharing. Which is daft as sometimes just to vent helps anyway, ...

Well I am certainly slower than the last time, but did lose 1 pound & made it into a new decade ;-D Next mini goals - (1) to reach 25 lost - only 2.2 to go (2) to get below 265 - 4.3 to go. It will probably take a couple ot weeks to even reach the first - but I will do it ;-D

Hope it's alright to post here...I just rejoined WW on May 13.. Is anyone doing the core plan and had success with it? Our WW leader has lost alot by doing flex one week and core the following week, she is the incredible shrinking woman!

I always surprise myself when I actually stick to the plan for a while. I did manage to track all last week, and despite ending the week about 5 points over my weekly target, I still lost weight. On my home scales I went from 73.5 to 72.7, and according to my official weigh-in ...

hI: Is it worth getting E-Tools.......I know I can try it for two weeks free, but I have to give them my visa card and my husband doesn't want me to put my visa card on the Net, etc. etc. Is is reallly worth it.......what's it all about.

Stuff happens, week 2 I was sick and on antibiotics and couldn't go for WI. Saturday we were having a blizzard, I went to WW only to find they were closed, so it'll be a bit before I enter an official new weight. GE--week 2 only once, my week 3, 4 times.

I swam this evening: 45 minutes constant movement, 26 lengths and some treading water in the 3m end about 10' from the side when we nattered... So 6 points earned. Also did my 2.5 point walk.
