Hey everyone.I hope the fight goes well for all.I am at an odd point in
this diet.Today i woke up and i wasnt hungry.I proceeded to drink a
couple glasses of water and around lunch time i had 7 points.I still an
not hungry and i have like 21 points that are owed to me.I guess becaus

I just thought I might introduce myself.  I'm not on any WW plan (I am
on a limited budget and currently cannot afford the cost of joining,
weekly meetings, etc).

Very disappointed from the results of my second week. I am only lost
0.4????? I took it so hard but i have to keep my promise to do it for

Lost 2 lbs, not as much as I would have liked the first week (where's that
fairy?) but a loss is still good.

I've lost half a pound since last week, which I'm pleased about because,
regardless of the weight lost, I've been eating a lot healthier and feel
better for it, even though I've been over my calorie allowance on
several days and one day I ate out.

I've started measuring this to get a better feel for whether I am really
hungry or not.
While my thin friends tell me their "fullness trigger" (or whatever it
is called) kicks in about 15-20 minutes after they have eaten enough my

Time to get back on track! I think I am having problems getting back on

Week one and down 11.5 lbs.
I know that next week may be a gain or a break even week, but it feels good
this week and is a great boost.

Its weigh in tonight, I have been good at tracking my points and exercising
to earn at least 4 points a day for 7 days.(Sometimes twice a day) I am
hoping to get stars for losing at least 2.2lbs then I will  have lost
40lbs...Wish me luck!!!

After half heartedly trying to get back on track after the holidays... and
having my work schedule explode... I finaly decided to give core an honest
try...

Stayed the same this week, 137.4 but had an enormously salty asian stir fry
saturday morning (WI is sunday).. so I'll see this coming sunday !

After what I felt was total excess this past week-end, I was extremely surprised
to see the scale provided me with a loss this week.  A teeny one, but a loss is a
loss is a loss.  And danged if thursday didn't show me with a much nicer one.
<sigh>  I must have balanced things much ...
