I've lost half a pound since last week, which I'm pleased about because, regardless of the weight lost, I've been eating a lot healthier and feel better for it, even though I've been over my calorie allowance on several days and one day I ate out.

Its weigh in tonight, I have been good at tracking my points and exercising to earn at least 4 points a day for 7 days.(Sometimes twice a day) I am hoping to get stars for losing at least 2.2lbs then I will have lost 40lbs...Wish me luck!!!

After what I felt was total excess this past week-end, I was extremely surprised to see the scale provided me with a loss this week. A teeny one, but a loss is a loss is a loss. And danged if thursday didn't show me with a much nicer one. <sigh> I must have balanced things much ...
