At weigh in last they, they made a mistake -- I was only down 0.2 and I stayed the same this week. Total 57.4 lbs I'm going to blame it on my MIL -- who doesn't know how to cook without butter or knows what whole wheat bread is.

I didn't lose or gain weight this week. A bit dissapointing, but I'll go for it to lose some weight this coming week. I "only" have to go 8 lb., but I want to see the scale's figures go down again ! Ekko

Life gets in the way so no posts for a while. Got weighed today, lost 3.5lbs this week, so my loss to date since mid-Dec 04 is now 61lbs :-) Chers, helen s

39 lbs. & counting..I am going on my 9th week tomorrow, my goal is to lose 50 lbs. by the 4th of July.can anyone beat this..No Drugs, I can still eat normal foods, just cutting out junk food & a little exercise & mind set..read this..

Got down to controlling my food this week. Problem is I have to keep going off to see the family and thats when the problems start (lunch made by sister - yuh, and curries in the evening)

Is there a good pill (or powder/drink)out there that will actually speed up ones metabolism safely, that can be bought for under $30 or less bucks a month ,and doesn't have to be taken 30 minutes befor each meal? TIA

Since cornmeal is a core food and corn tortillas are basically cornmeal with no added fat or sugar I was wondering if this is considered a core food? If anyone can help please let me know as this is one of my primary foods and I don't think it would qualify as bread Thanks to ...

Does any one know about being on Weight Watchers and going through menopause? I'm going on week 3 on WW and I've only lost less than 3 pounds? Does anyone have any suggestions? I've been walking to Lesley Samsone Walk away the Pounds and I love it.

I'm glad that I finally got motivated about 2 months ago. I forgot how good it felt to have my clothes fit right, as they are beginning to again now. It was a decent week, down 2 pounds with 6 to go to get back to goal. Good luck to everyone this week. Sorry I haven't been very ...

Hi everyone, another weigh in and I am down 3.2lbs for a total of 26.6 lbs. I can't believe it if I drink my water I loose, but I have to drink the 8 glasses of water a day minimum and it has to be water, not just any clear liquid. It just makes such a difference for me.
