I had my first NSV today. My kids were invited to a birthday party, with parents to stay as well. While the kids were eating their chips and sausage rolls etc, the adults were offered a very dark, rich and moist looking chocolate cake, and I didn't have any. I ate a nice

Weight goes on quickly and comes off in baby steps. I lost .4 this week and .6 last week. I am 4.2 from my lifetime goal and 2 lbs from not paying. Audrey

Up .8 lbs this week. Next week will be down still down 25.8 lbs so I have to look at the total. I had a hard week though, with too many functions happening. This week I only have one Wedding to attend so it will be easier to plan for it.

Well today is a week back with the program & my loss wasn't that great but 2.6 pounds is like 3 pounds & still is better then gain right???? I choose the flex points then Core & i think it's not that bad?? Is any of you on the core plan??? Is it better?? Easier to follow???

DH and I are going on vacation to Florida this Wednesday, and will be gone for 8 days total. We are mainly doing the Orlando area attractions (Universal Studios,Epcot, SeaWorld and Kennedy Space Center). I have been there many times before so I know all about the food offerings ...
