Weigh-in 12th May21 May 2005 15:13 GMT10
Had my first week weigh-in this morning, I'm down 1.4 kgs, 3 lbs. I'm
really happy with that, especially given the amount I ate on mothers
day.
I went walking with a friend this morning, who is also doing weight

All the running up and down stairs last week paid off (I was stage managing
our school musical and ran between the stage and the dressing rooms about
300 times).    Down 0.8 -- only 2 lbs left.

Well I weighed in today and lost 0.2 lbs for a total of 57.2.  My home scale
said more than a lb, but I guess I'm happy it was down and not up.

HELP!21 May 2005 13:44 GMT10
TOM = carbs craving time... and I'm depressed about Wednesday's funeral
and MIL being in hospital on oxygen again...
I'm 5.5 points over on the week so far!  :(  OK, so I have pigged on dry
bread rather than chocolate, but I really must drag this back on track!
Day one toward goal !21 May 2005 13:18 GMT12
Ok, it's only morning, but I'm overloaded with paperwork and working at the
computer and stuff and that's my "hard time" and I'm being awfully good !
*buff nails on T-shirt* first few hours toward goal and still doing good !
Psychology of dieting19 May 2005 14:44 GMT4
Hey everyone, hope you're all well. I'm a third year psychology student at
Nottingham and I'm looking at the psychological effects of different diets.
I desperately need participants to fill in a questionnaire, it'l only take
you 5mins max and you i think you might even find it ...

monster....

might say, the Merry Month of May....
May 4 update - Joyce19 May 2005 03:06 GMT15
Ok, a day late on posting ... but here it is anyway.
I'm having some issues with my much loved scale (you know how attached I am to
that dr. office balance beam scale).  The dang balance level is getting stuck
