I got a bit confused about my WI day because the online program I'm doing lets you WI at any time. So I've decided it's Monday and although this is my second WI, it's week 3. Anyway, I've lost more weight, another 2.5 pounds, a total of 8.5 pounds

I've been overweight ever since I was a teenager when my mom started putting me on fad diets, but recently a friend in WW convinced me to give them another try (my mom had me try when I was 12ish, altho unofficially; she managed it for me herself).
