Wk 3 WI08 May 2005 11:36 GMT21
I got a bit confused about my WI day because the online program I'm
doing lets you WI at any time. So I've decided it's Monday and although
this is my second WI, it's week 3.
Anyway, I've lost more weight, another 2.5 pounds, a total of 8.5 pounds

I've been overweight ever since I was a teenager when my mom started
putting me on fad diets, but recently a friend in WW convinced me to
give them another try (my mom had me try when I was 12ish, altho
unofficially; she managed it for me herself).

Just joined WW tonight, did the official weight in and lecture.  I have
allot to go but I have started a picture file of myself with three shots
taken tonight and hope to add to it every 10 lbs down.  I seem to be able to
stay on a diet until I feel good and of course I don't see ...

Hello,  My name is Kathy and I intend to join our local WW meetings when I can afford to.  My weight has always yo-yo'd and it has been a life long struggle.  I was in an auto accident in December and had to spend most of my time setting in front of the TV, and yes eating, while ...

One Point Hearty Chili08 May 2005 08:48 GMT12
This was a recipe that was lying around at our Weight Watchers meeting.
Since it is against their policy to hand them out to members.  We were told
about this one and if you wanted one you were welcome to take one.

I work weekends and spend a lot of time on the road. I take my lunch

like cooking when i get home. Hell, I never feel like cooking anytime!

Wet but fun08 May 2005 07:09 GMT22
No, not a rude post ;-)
Got out on the bike for the first time in a fortnight, today, due to a hip

2nd week on Core - weight gain - need to figure out what to do now...07 May 2005 04:40 GMT20
Well, I was *hoping* that Core would help me continue on the road to
weight loss after not being able to do so on Atkins.
