I've seen my doctor and after a good talk with him he prescribed Celexa in
the hopes that it will lift me out of the doldrums I've been in lately.  He
mentioned that the side effect he sees most often with this medication is
nausea.  Perhaps that will deter me from food!

UP a whole 2 lbs this week, despite having points to spare and having
worked up a whole 17.5 exercise points...
I've got another stinky head cold and TOM, so I'm hoping for better luck
next week.

I return hanging my head a bit.  Not in shame, mind you, just hanging it and
feeling pretty rotten about myself.  I have no idea what the current weight is,
haven't been on a scale in what seems like forever and exercised probably even

After my first week totally back on program, gotta say I am feeling rather
positive about things (and myself) for a change.  I made it through the week with
no problems, one splurge on the week-end (hot fudge sundae ... mmmmmmmmm) which
wasn't planned but was worked around very well ...

I've been on the program since January 2004, and I'm nearing my goal weight.
This 0.8 lbs brings my total weight loss to 57 lbs -- only 3 more lbs until
I'm at goal.  My husband joined this week, which is nice so I finally have
someone to do this program with -- no more fighting ...

I lost 2.4 lb this week, so I'm back on track. Hopefully it'll take
only a couple of weeks before I don't have to pay anymore because I
lost the remaining 2 lb.

Oooooffffaaaaahhh.. *grin* I think I gained 20 lbs in one day hehehe
Started good enough... green grapes with yogurt, and a coffee with a WW
smoothie for breakfast... a banana for snack before my noon meeting.. a
salad and grilled chicken for lunch... Good huh ?

I'm lurking a lot more than I'm posting these days, I'm very busy, and life
seems to be trying real hard to teach me a lesson... haven't gotten it yet

I don't quite know how that happened. I've been having problems
staying OP all week. Too much wine, whisky, and chocolate fudge cake,
and a can of pringles. I was expecting to stay even at best.

Weight change since my last recorded weight: -2.4 lbs
Passed my mini-goal of 165.
