First of all, thanks to everyone who posted and emailed me with

very kind, friendly, and informative.  I've been on Usenet for 12 years

OK so I told you guys we went for a tour and they gave us a pass and we were
going to use the pass and then decide.  So we decided we would just go and

Finally, my weight has dropped to the next decade, and I've made my

Well no damage done by the eating in France :-) Lost 3.5lbs in the last
fortnight. Total loss since mid-December 04 now at 64.5lbs.

I had my thing going, but the trip to Missouri more than trew me off..
I don't know where to start anymore.. I feel huge, exausted, stressed cranky

Lets start with the basics.  I have an underactive thyroid and am taking
tablets for this.  My weight is increasing in leaps and bounds even though I
should be losing a bit while on tablets.
This is not an excuse for my overweightedness, but its not helping.

Does anyone have any problems getting their oils in? I do, I don't really
cook with oils just Pam spray. I did buy some olive oil.
