The last week.. seems that the new job and the sane schedule is helping
keeping life... sane... sane is the only word I can think of.. seems like a
breath of fresh air after a loooooong stay in a stinky house..

I think I've figured out how it works.  Weeks that I'm optimistic about
loss, I end up gaining.  Weeks where I worry I might not have a loss..
that's when I lose.  I was all set this week to be so irritated because
I'd have little or no loss after last week's debacle, generally ...

would introduce myself. I am Lucy, and have been going to WW for about
2 months now. I started on core plan, because I don't want to eat sugar

Today was the end of my first full week on WW and points.  It does work for
me!  I am down 5 lbs. from last Monday!  YAYY me!
As a treat I had a Tropicana smoothie for a snack and couldn't believe it
was only 4 points.  It sure tasted like more!

On Saturday the scale ticked down another 0.5 kg and this morning,
Monday, another 0.5 kg. So I'm down 1.0 kg not even half-way into this
week.
