it seems I can't get myself to enter the free zone this time around.
I gained 2.4 lb. this week. I wasn't surprised because I haven't
counted points and went overboard a couple of times, but I do regret it
all the same. But well, back to counting points and to the program this

I'm now 4 lbs away from reaching my 10% goal of 23 pounds. (I've been having
a hard time with the program for the past month or so, but now slowly
gettting back on track in order to get my 20lb ribbon.. LOL.)  So, I know
the time is soon here to choose my goal weight! woohoo!

well, ihavent won the race yet, but down another 1 kg.  So 4.2 kg in total.
less than 20 to go!  1 kg = 2.6 pounds i think.
i am very pleaesd with myself!

I have noticed since I have been on WW that I have developed cravings for
fruit.  This is not like me at all.  Instead of chocolate and sugar, I am
craving watermelon and cantaloupe.  Is this due to the change in diet or
what?

I cannot find the point values for either of these in any of the literature.
My personal trainer wants me to drink 20 oz of water with 1 lemon squeezed
into the water. It flushes the liver and kidneys. Would you consider this a
1 point fruit serving or is it a free item?

Some dumb (?) questions? At any rate, I don't know the answers.
* Does the size of our stomach (internally, not the fat on the outside)
change when we diet? Does it get smaller? Or does it stay the same?
* Do thinner people get full faster than fat people do? (Because of
