Today was a beautiful day here so I worked on getting those corrals finished. I painted for 6 1/2 hrs today according to fit day that used 1851 calories but I dont those kind of calories burned just so that I can increase my food. Well my pool is finally to cold to walk in anymore ...

My place of employment is starting a weight watchers group. I am wondering about a few things: 1) Is the weigh-in done on scales that support significantly obese people? I would like to avoid the embarrassment of not being able to be weighed.

I lost 0.2 lbs ! I was wearing heavy clothes (was freezing this morning) and had salty stuff last night.. and still lost some ! Not much.. but hey ! victory ! 147.8 lbs ! My goal is 130 by christmas... gotta hurry !!!! LOL
