I had to go to a different meeting today. Different leader, different cast and crew, and I could barely tell I was in the same place. I suppose there might be some people out there who would like this woman's leading style, but she was totally and completely wrong for me.

I've been at this since Oct. 14th of 2004 and I've lost 35 pounds. Bu the problem is that I don't see it. I see the numbers getting smalle on the scale and I can kinda see it in my face but I just can't se it in my body. I'm 5 ft 2 in. so I thought maybe with all this extr

Hi, I am interested in doing WW, but I do not want to eat pasta, potatoes, cereal, etc, basically low carb but with a little structure. Will WW work? If so, what plan should I look for?

Jan 10, I weighed 155 at my doctors office. Started WW the next da and started walking 2-3 miles every day. Fast forward to today, m scale still shows 155. I've added free weights and pilates and no the treadmill.

I have "The Firm" workout tapes. I did the ab sculpt tape today. It is 25 minutes of ab work. I consider it to be moderate...Does anyone know if this is light or moderate or actually how many points I earned with this workout? Thanks in Advance,
