is there any chance that my birth control pill that i take daily is causing me to lose weight a lot slower now? It seems like since I have been taking it that my weight loss has been slower and slower? I only have like 20-25 lbs left until i reach life time and this last 20-25 ...

It's coming... I can feel it... 2.8 lbs to ONEderland... Hopefully next week... LOL Tune In... I'm 19.2 lbs lighter. I feel fantastic... A whopping 82 lbs to go to my WW goal... but only 73 lbs to go for my personal goal... Just starting my 8th week.. not bad eh?? Running ...

Hello. I've decided to join Weight Watchers again. I've tried it a couple of times in the past, but, although I'm way overweight, I've been more or less maintaining for the last several years. I kept thinking "well, it's not getting any worse, so I can join/retry next

I am wondering if any of you had any ideas for exercise that are fun and that I could actually stick to. I do like walking and going on my bike ( I need a new bike though, coz mines not comfy for my back ) and I also like swimming when its not school holiday

I gained 0.7 lb. this week and just stayed in the free zone. I wasn't too strict OP this week so I wasn't surprised I gained a little. Back to the program again ! ;-) Ekko

Ok, first week back on as a family and TWO great things are noted: #1-We've maintained a loss since beginning 1/3/05-THATS AWESOME!!! #2-We got back on track last Monday after vacations, holidays, etc... I'm keepign the weeks intact since we have maintained a loss

I am thinking about rejoining Weight Watchers. I've been reading the group and I must say it is very inspiring and motivating :) I am in my sixties, 5 foot 2 inches tall, weighing 13 stones (182 lbs) and would like to lose at least 3 stones getting me down to around 140 lbs.

Well this week I lost 1 lb. That is a total of 7 lbs in four weeks. My trainer took my measurements the day before I started and put them in my journal. He then stapled those pages together so I couldn't see what the measurements were. You only measure 1 arm, 1 thigh, waist and hips ...
