Down .6 lbs.  It is coming slowly ever so slowly it is now.  I lost like
this gaing 3.5 lbs lost 3.6 lbs, gain .5 lbs down .6 lbs. so I have lost .2

Yesterday I was delighted to find myself a bit closer to my personal goal and a bit farther from the WW one. Nice after these months of struggle to get back to my lower weight.

Well yesterday was Friday weigh day I lost another 2lbs that makes me 206 a
