| My Holiday Goal | 04 Nov 2005 23:22 GMT | 4 |
My goal this year is to weigh the same on Jan 2nd as I do the morning of Thanksgiving, before eating. That allows me a season to maintain at worse, lose at best. :) Anyone else interested?

| Mirror and Scale. | 04 Nov 2005 12:26 GMT | 16 |
I seem to be losing when I look in the mirror, but when I weigh myself the scale never budges. Could it be possible to lose all fat and remain the same weight give or take a few pounds?

| Maximum and Minimum range for Lifetime? | 04 Nov 2005 11:59 GMT | 2 |
The maximum weight for my height range is 157lbs. Does that have to be strictly adhered to? I feel that my musculature is greater than most women, quads, calves and biceps are much larger than most women (especially my calfs) and think i will look sickly at a goal weight of 157?!

| FWW Week 43 | 04 Nov 2005 11:37 GMT | 5 |
8.5 pounds gone this week! My secret? I had my Gall Bladder removed and was on liquids for 3 days straight while in the hospital for a week. So, no fun in this one, but glad for the loss nevertheless.

Looks like the major losses have leveled out which is a good thing. A small loss is better than none considering what I ate this week. Hungrier than normal, I ate all of my activity points each day and a few flex points here and there.

| Week 21 Report - down another 2.6 lb - total of 42.7 lb so far | 02 Nov 2005 18:20 GMT | 4 |
This ended up being another good week, despite that little mid-week scare where my weight went up a bit and I felt "twinges of weakness". The numbers say it all: * Week 21 / Day 147
