I pretty much hate cardio. It's definitely a chore for me. I look at those people that thrive on cardio...those people that *have* to have their daily 3 mile run or their day is ruined and I can't help but wonder how in the world anybody gets to that point. I've heard

There's a difficult situation at work that has stressed me to no end the last week and half.. and today was the end (where I am concerned) of the whole thing. Met the last person I had to talk to to clarify things and it went well..

I took an hour walk with my dog, went and lifted weights (upper body) and added 2 more lifts to my routine, I ate great all day, kept my snack to healthy stuff and ate only 1 pts over my target (I got plenty of WPA left)
