My First NSV27 Feb 2006 23:18 GMT4
Woohoo!!!
I've just had my first NSV after 3 weeks of being OP.  My wedding
rings were so tight three weeks ago I could barely move them on my
finger let alone get them off.  Just now I was playing with it and gave
Comment on WW salaries27 Feb 2006 21:57 GMT4
I was looking for a list of core WW foods to send my daughter and came
across this blog entry that discusses WW salaries.  I thought it might
be helpful for the person who asked about them last week.

Does anyone else get nervous on weigh-in day?  While standing in line,
I find myself going through anxiety that I haven't experienced since
being in the principal's office when I was a kid.  My weigh-in is in 2
hours and it's already starting.  It's not nervous about the leader or

I used a microwave pan for this that is designed to cook meat in is about 8
by 8 or 9 by 9 with a lid.
16 ounces red potatoes, washed, cut into bite sized or a bit larger chunks,
I left skins on.

problems staying away from salty foods esp at the end of the week :-( But
still going in the right direction at least. Going to ...
WW Week 5927 Feb 2006 01:58 GMT4
Down 2 POUNDS since last Saturday's Check-In. 13.5 pounds to go for "The
Promise" mini-goal of 235.
It's SO NICE to see the 240's again. Last time was 10/31/05. It has been
helpful in getting my focus back. It will be nice to be where I was right

Was my first real munchies attack of the week. Thursday is my most busy day
and I'm on the go from early morning to about 7:30 pm...
I came home tired and starved, and had bulgur and salad ready, but nothing
to go with it. I turned it around in my head... hummmm pot-stickers?
Week #3 Weigh-in Results27 Feb 2006 01:51 GMT14
I lost 2.6 pounds.  Not the colossal 5-6 I've gotten the first couple
of weeks, but my son's birthday party was last Saturday and I had a few
pieces of pizza and a slice of sinfully good chocolate cake.  It was
worth it.  I still lost.  And only did a minimum of fitness.

Giving Core a try again26 Feb 2006 19:54 GMT22
I've been doing some thinking, I've been working on figuring out why I am
always so tired.. and I think one of the thing is that:
1- I drink entirely too much coffee (I'm working on that, had only 1 coffee
today and didn't finish it, ok it was an almost 3 cup coffee, but still !!)
Buca di Beppo26 Feb 2006 16:09 GMT1
Does anyone have any info on this restaurant?  We are ordering takeout
from them today and I can't find any nutrition information.  I plan on
eating as little as possible, but would like to be able to count the
actual points.
An odd question25 Feb 2006 23:59 GMT1
I've been lurking here for just over a year now and in that time I have lost
around 50 pounds, going from 197 to 147.  So, before I ask the question I'd
like to say thanks for the help and inspiration I've got from reading the
posts on here several times a day! :-)
