I have been noticing something lately. When I eat a salad at lunch with
a roll I am hungry right after lunch. If I don't eat the roll I don't
get hungry. I have also noticed this when I eat chicken and noodles vs

Dinner is cooking:
Turkey Breast Steaks (2.5 points each), with a marinade/sauce of crushed
pepper, sea salt, Herbes de Provence and lemon juice, baked in the oven

Well the fun slowed down and I actually had a gain - slight, teeny weeny and
PMS inspired.  It's a bummer cause as of yesterday morning I was actually
quite a bit down, moreso than a usual week but that was from being sick and
not eating a lot. Yesterday the PMS salt craving lead ...

I have been obsessed with fitness since I hit a diet plateau nearly 6
weeks ago (I'm coming off it s-l-o-w-l-y, but it's *frustrating!*).
Between 3 and 6 times a week, I hit the gym and do the following:
* 30 m. on the cross trainer @ level 10, using the "interval" setting
