I have been noticing something lately. When I eat a salad at lunch with a roll I am hungry right after lunch. If I don't eat the roll I don't get hungry. I have also noticed this when I eat chicken and noodles vs chicken and vegetables. Does this make sense? This week I am going to

Well the fun slowed down and I actually had a gain - slight, teeny weeny and PMS inspired. It's a bummer cause as of yesterday morning I was actually quite a bit down, moreso than a usual week but that was from being sick and not eating a lot. Yesterday the PMS salt craving lead ...
