lost 3 lbs. Let's hope this week coming up goes as well :o) still doesn't feel that satisfying since I am still 3 lbs up from where I was at the beginning of last month before I ate everything that wasn't nailed down!!!

If you do, you will know how hard it is to find the conducting gel that you need to make them work properly. Water alone is not good enough. A UK based company has developed a range of conducting gels just for EMS use.

I know I have the stuff at home for the core plan but I want to keep it simple. I have the book to look up everything but I'm trying to decide if it will be compatible for me. Basically speaking when you're on core you don't eat any white flour or sugar, right? Everything else ...
