What do you do for fitness that isn't done at the gym ?
There's walking and running and biking, and?
I'm not talking day to day chore, but when you set out to burn calories,
what do you do?

Our friends were all out of town (or had family over) so my husband and I
decided to make our own Memorial Day meal for just the two of us.
We made a Flank Steak (I'll find the recipe for the marinade.. it was very
simple and YUMMY !!! cooked it in the George Foreman Grill.

up 3.4 more traveling and just ate what was there, honestly made pretty good
choices but not the best. Am sure much of this is because I didn't drink any
water to speak of, we will see what happens this week.  We were at best
friend's house for 4 days so that was a big part of it. I ...

Down 0.4
I walked a lot this week, my sense is that I added muscle so I didn't
get the weight loss I expected.  Trying not to be too disappointed.
It's a loss right.
Back at it!!31 May 2006 19:26 GMT14
Well, after 4 months of no WW, not watching what I ate and no exersize, I
have gained everything back that I so very proudly lost.  That actually, and
more.
My WI and workout buddy lost interest and after she quit, slowly so did I.

Ralph, that changed my day.  I was fixing lunch and going to have sweet
potato soup and a chicken breast.  I decided to way the chicken.  It was
4.2 ounces so I cut off half and had carrots instead.  The rest of the
day I was very focused and the result is a loss on my scale this ...
Marinated Flank Steak31 May 2006 17:53 GMT2
Read the whole thing before getting started.. my explanations are sometimes cloudy.. I didn't make the tomato salad though, I had other veggies planned. I served the steak with roasted asparagus, zucchini slice and red pepper pieces. Sprayed with olive oil, sprinkled with freshly ...

WOW! How did Oprah Do It?30 May 2006 21:29 GMT9
Good attitude.
She wasn't a WW member.  She didn't eat junk food (oops - "treats").  She
didn't count points.  And she didn't hang out in a "support" group full of
sarcastic weak people on failed diets.
Down 0.2 lbs this week30 May 2006 20:07 GMT8
This week's WI = down 0.2 lbs.......Had a very hungry week and over ate my

usually ate all of my weekly 35 flex points......... ...
Lapse vs collapse30 May 2006 16:59 GMT10
Interesting meeting this week.  Learned something that I'd love to share
with all of you.
Have you had a lapse, but then turned into a complete collapse?  Think about
it.
Activity Points30 May 2006 02:20 GMT7
Todays project at work involved me climbing up and down stairs, moving
furniture, bending and twisting, and constantly moving for three hours.
(4 pt per hr) Total 12
Do I claim them all or is it like fiber?
Late Night Vegetable Soup30 May 2006 02:15 GMT7
It's been a bad week or two, culminating in a horrendous day yesterday...
I've had hormonally induced Mad Munchies, hormonally induced depression,
and a bad few days with the fibro (more depression, plus pain).  I think
I ate 25 points yesterday, and while I swam on Friday, it was ...
