What do you do for fitness that isn't done at the gym ? There's walking and running and biking, and? I'm not talking day to day chore, but when you set out to burn calories, what do you do?

This weekend I got a fill for my sunday morning meeting and for my two meetings today. With Memorial Day I was off from thursday night to tomorrow morning. I have a meeting tomorrow at noon (1 h it's an at work) and thursday at 6 pm (center) and that's my week.

Our friends were all out of town (or had family over) so my husband and I decided to make our own Memorial Day meal for just the two of us. We made a Flank Steak (I'll find the recipe for the marinade.. it was very simple and YUMMY !!! cooked it in the George Foreman Grill.

Down 0.4 I walked a lot this week, my sense is that I added muscle so I didn't get the weight loss I expected. Trying not to be too disappointed. It's a loss right.

Well, after 4 months of no WW, not watching what I ate and no exersize, I have gained everything back that I so very proudly lost. That actually, and more. My WI and workout buddy lost interest and after she quit, slowly so did I.
